BOOKING PROCEDURE 

1. Familiarize yourself with our propositions on Home page and Offer page.

2. Contact us by booking form available above or on other sites to arrange specific trip plan, trip price and payment method (prices are calculated individually based on the numner of participants, age, program and month). Sending the form is not synonymous with making the reservation and does not oblige to any payment.

3. Read our short regulations below. To get full regulation, please  mention this in the reservation email or you can find it in the bottom of the page. 

 SHORT REGULATIONS

1. Preliminary reservation - i.e. reservation of the selected date and number of places. There is no obligation to pay an advance payment or the entire amount up to 48 hours before the start date of the trip. From 48 hours before the start date of the trip, if the Customer has not contacted the Organizer to cancel/change the trip to another one, the initial reservation becomes binding, i.e. from that moment the Customer is obliged to pay part or all of the amount for the trip (point 4).

2. Any trip may be canceled due to insufficient number of participants or bad weather conditions. The customer is notified by phone no later than 12 hours before the start of the trip. In such a situation, neither the Organizer nor the Client will incur any costs.

​3. Payment for the booked trip is made on the day of the trip in cash, in euro. ​

4. Resignation from participation in the trip - the customer may resign from the trip without giving a reason up to 48 hours before its start. If he cancels up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, he must pay 50% of the agreed total tour amount. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, you must pay the total amount of the tour. The exception are health reasons, which must always be confirmed by a medical certificate.
